Great flashlights for a great price
Really nice set of flashlights. Got these for my son who is s Boy Scout and pleasantly surprised these have a zoom – which comes in handy for camping. Light is very bright, and flashlights are metal and very sturdy for my rough and tough little boy! Hold 3 triple A batteries not included but you can purchase those on amazon for almost nothing. Great buy! Highly recommend:)
Wow…I am seeing spots
I live in an apartment and for years have had cheap little flashlights. Last week I needed to help at an outdoor function and was asked to bring a flashlight….when all my friends stopped joking about the weak flashlight I had I decided to order a new flashlight that would not bring on such ridicule.
Has a wide flood light and a good spotlight.
Well built & compact .. I have 500 lumen flashlights that are brighter and 1000 lumen lights that are WAY brighter.. 1600 lumen is a little exaggerated . . Has a wide flood light and a good spotlight .. I’d have to say it compares to a 400 lumen light.. overall good light for the money .. Plenty of light for anything up close and within 100ft range.. spotlight goes much further but not real bright at long distance.. if you only want a 400 lumen light then this one is great..
Very bright and compact.
A great flashlight to keep in the console or glove box of your car. Fits in one hand — useful if you are looking for a compact flashlight; I find it a little small for more frequent use. The button switch on the end is easy to find by feel, and large enough to use with a gloved finger. The zoom works well and easily, and provides a beam that can be adjusted from a narrow, intense beam to a broad area light. The beam is very bright, particularly for a flashlight that operates on three AA batteries. Certainly a good value for the price.
GREAT FLASHLIGHT!!!! BEWARE OF CHEAPO KNOCKOFFS.
I’m visually impaired and tend to collect flashlights. This light is small but puts out more light than a 5 cell Maglite. I recommend using the 18650 rechargeable battery that provides power for several months of regular use. They are metal, water resistant and very strong. I’ve dropped them from several feet on to concrete, had cars drive over them, drop them in water and never broke one. Incredible what you get for the price. Beware, there are cheap versions at similar prices that are not of equal quality. Read the descriptions carefully. Outlite makes a good quality light that looks very similar. In my experience Outlite also makes the best 18650 rechargeable battery — long lasting, powerful, and fits in any brand flashlight that uses the 18650. This flashlight is just as good as the Outlite and a few bucks cheaper.
These are pretty nice lights
These are pretty nice lights, with ample power to light up whatever you might need around a camp or in the house. Worst thing is the description as waterproof…it is not. It may be water resistant…i.e., it’ll do fine in rain, but don’t submerge it. I used one of these while wade-fishing on the NC coast, keeping it in the breast pocket of my wading jacket. A large wave hit me, resulting in my pocket filling with water. 15 minutes later I took the light out and examined it. It had water inside the battery compartment. I dried it, used WD-40, and apparently saved it, as it still works. I still say these are worth the cost, hence the four stars.
Bright Lights, Zoomable, but not 5 modes (makes it better for me)
This review is for theLED Tactical Flashlight – Wsiiroon 1600 Lumen XML-T6 Handhold Flashlight-Portable, Zoomable, Waterproof, Super Brightness with 5 Light Modes for Indoor and Outdoor Use, 2 pack (Batteries Not Included). I really like these flashlights. They are really bright. But, the best part I like about the ones I received is that they do not have the 5 Light Modes. It has an on/off switch and zooms in and out by scoping the barrel in and out. Mine has no strobe. I have no need for the strobe. I had a light with 5 different modes, and I would have to keep pressing the on/off switch through all the cycles go get back to the bright light. I like the ones I got here much better.
Love these flash lights
Outstanding quality for a terrific price. I have tried them in at night when it’s the darkest
It’s a good light. Not 1600 lumens, but far more than enough for most flashlight purposes.
Although the actual amount of light delivered is nowhere near the claimed 1600 lumens (and I’ll never give 5 stars for a product that is misrepresented), this is a pretty good flashlight overall. First, the bad point:
Ok for the money.
This item is ok for the money. It is definitely not 1600 lumen. If you look around Amazon you will see the exact same product (with different branding), but listing different lumen ratings. I bought these because of reviewers telling us how bright these are. Maybe these reviews were written by people who have never owned a flashlight before, or maybe these were just more fake reviews.
