Our Carpenter Bee Solutions' Best Bee Trap is the most effective proven carpenter bee solution on the market. It is also safe and easy to use, requiring no harmful chemicals or tedious maintenance! This trap employs patented design 8375624 developed after years of study and research in Heflin, Alabama. The trap replicates the design of a natural nest to lure the carpenter bees inside. The entrance holes on the trap are the same size as nests the bees naturally create; ½" diameter. The specially designed angle entrance holes make it easy for the bees to get in, but difficult for them to get back out. Once inside the bee is drawn down to the plastic funnel chamber on the bottom of the wooden enclosure. From this point there is no way for the bee to get out, thus it dies and falls into the plastic bottle. The dead bees that collect in the trap will release pheromones which attract other carpenter bees to the same trap and the cycle continues. Once the plastic bottle is full of carpenter bees simply empty and replace it. The beauty of the Best Bee Trap is that most standard plastic 12 oz, 16 oz, or 2 liters bottles will fit! So recycle your old pop bottle with our trap! Our Best Bee Trap is incredibly easy to use. Please remember though that one trap is not efficient to protect an entire house. Make sure you consider how many areas you need to protect to ensure you are equipped with the right amount of traps. With our 100% satisfaction guarantee, all you have to lose are carpenter bees!

Arrived in Monday. Immediately attached to deck. Nothing yesterday but today, two days later I have 6 in the trap. Now to see if they can get out. Purchased another type and bees got out. Will update review after more observation.

Within the 1st hour I had caught a carpenter bee. Then I did as the instructions said & left the trapped bee in the bottle instead of emptying it because the trapped bee releases pheromones that attract other bees (excellent information to know) and sure enough, within a few minutes several bees were circling the trap holes & another one went in. Can’t wait to check it again today. I love this trap! I’ve now bought a second trap because I have so many bees I need another one. I’ve attached pictures of my storage building, you can see I placed the trap along the bottom where the wood is located they’re drilling into. It works great there! The other one will go on the other sunny side of my building.

Had it up a week and a half. First couple days I got 1. 2 days later caught another. Then 4 or 5 days after that got 7 more in one day. No clue why, but it works.

A God send

I was skeptical of this product at first. But to my surprise it cleared the bees in my front porch area within about two to three weeks. Now the only things I deal with are wasps. Everyday my girls would come home from school they would run, screaming, trying to get through the large amount of carpenter bees that surround my front, made out of wood, large porch. Now 5 out of 4 of these bee traps are half way full of mostly dead bees. Thank God I came across these.

Holy cow, best invention ever!!

Oh man… When I first got this trap I thought it wasn’t working. I left it up for a week and a half and finally caught a couple bees. Then it got crazy! Now, I am emptying the trap weekly. I can’t believe how many there are! I only saw one or two a day. Just remember to never fully empty the trap. I always leave 1 or 2 guys in there to help bait the others.

Awesome!

This item works well beyond my expectations! It arrived on time and intact. I was a little skeptical at it’s size because it seems much smaller than I expected. I hung it at the corner of my garage and waited. No action for the first few days but I’m sure that’s because it rained often and they don’t seem to be very active during rain. The next dry day it trapped the first bee. Then another. Then another. The next day I looked and there were about 7 Carpenter bees in the bottle. This thing really works! I can finally paint my garage without these aggressive bees getting in the way.
