This is a viciously effective mouse trap

This had used to be my favorite trap, but one day my girlfriend walked towards the kitchen area in the middle of the night and damn near fainted at the grisly scene of a trapped mouse bleeding all over the trap and kitchen floor. The teeth on the trap punctured the mouse’s face and skull. After cleaning up the mess, I decided to check out other traps, specifically ones with a single bar and without teeth. After a few months, I realized they were not as effective and the trigger not as sensitive. I decided to return to this medieval device and it’s already caught a victim within 24 hours.

I set up about 4 different types of traps throughout my house ( all products of tomcat). But nothing caught as many rats as this one even when I switched places between the different kinds. And the best thing about it is that its easily reusable without even touching the mouse.
Three for three in the first 24 hours…

We have a cat who is a very good mouser, but who doesn’t have a access to an unfinished basement storage area where I recently discovered signs of mice. While I don’t have any fundamental gripe with mice, I have a healthy respect for the risk of disease that comes from their droppings, and prefer not to have the things I have stored get chewed and re-purposed into nesting materials. Co-existence within the house isn’t an option…so mouse traps are the answer.

To clearly understand what happened in the French Revolution, you need to get these traps. They take out the mice easy peasy. Sorry folks, but if you’ve read my review of my panopoly of mice eradication products you will understand why I am pleased with these items…. the old house goes to sleep, the vermin mice do leap, woe to them that creep onto the Tomcat pad….

Does exactly as it claims, kills mice. Even those who think they are starring in a remake of the movie Mouse Hunt. I had watched this mouse jump over my glue traps and ignore my live traps. I ended up buying these at Home Depot, since they were out on Amazon. Loaded it with some balled up grated cheese. Mouse was caught in less than 10 minutes. The trap is fierce enough, that I am sure it was dead immediately when it snapped closed. Update: 1 hour later, second mouse deceased. Didn’t. Even. Know. There. Were. Two.
Amazing. I have a cat

Amazing. I have a cat, whom I love and who has shown himself worthless in this matter. Tried everything and then got these. In one day, with two traps, killed 11 mice. Killed two more the next day and the release tab on one of the traps broke so buying more. The whole thing is disgusting and if you must kill them, these traps do the job. You don’t need to touch them as they drop out of the trap easily
2 dead overnight!

I have a chicken coop that has attracted some mice. I set out all four of these with a dab of peanut butter as the lure. After reading reviews here on Amazon I wasn’t about cleaning up blood and guts so I took some of my small Amazon boxes (that are always showing up) and opened up the corner a bit and carefully placed the trap inside. I figured the box would contain the carnage and I could just toss the whole thing. Plus, I didn’t want any of my birds to be injured by these traps. Overnight these traps caught 2 mice. No mice mess as they were in cardboard boxes. I couldn’t image reusing these but to each his own.
